Click & Collect

Yes we do! Simply choose this option at the checkout and we will email you within 24 hours to inform you that your order is ready to collect. 

We are based in the heart of Brighton's South Laine. Our address and opening hours can be found at the bottom of our homepage.

Delivery

We offer a standard shipping service which will take 2-5 working days and an express shipping service which will take 1-2 days.

The majority of our orders are handled by Royal Mail with some larger goods shipped with DPD and Hermes couriers.

Yes we do! We offer standard shipping free of charge to mainland UK addresses on orders over £50.

Free shipping excludes furniture, Smeg appliances, a selection of bulkier homeware and Wesco bins; these products are shipped at a very competitive rate, most items will calculate shipping at the checkout but we will contact you with a quote for large furniture.

We ship worldwide! Delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout and vary depending on location. Should you need any assistance then please use the contact us form.

Larger pieces are delivered by courier, we will need to calculate the charge for this and will contact you with a bespoke price. If you are happy with the courier charge we will then take payment for this over the phone. If you decide not to proceed with the transaction we will refund the full amount to you.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. The delivery charge on the original order is non refundable and we do not offer a free post service on returned items. We advise you to send any parcels insured registered delivery and to keep the receipt as we cannot take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Our return address can be found at the bottom of our homepage.

All purchases made in store will need to be returned directly to the store within 14 days. This can be done in person or by posting items back to our store. Please provide proof of purchase with your original receipt and ensure products are returned in original packaging. We will be happy to issue store credit for all unwanted items.
